Legal Agreement
The Terms and Conditions set forth in this document apply to all visitors (“you” or “user”) to AV8Prep.com (“Site”) and constitute a binding, legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you and AV8Prep.com. These Terms and Conditions governs your use of the AV8Prep.com Training Site. Please read the entirety of the Terms and Conditions carefully.
Disclaimer of Warranty, Limitation of Liability, and Release
AV8Prep.com takes every measure possible to provide the most up-to-date information but cannot unequivocally guarantee the accuracy of information found on the Site. Your reliance on information found on the Site is at your own risk.
Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. However, in no event shall AV8Prep.com’s aggregate liability to you or any third party for damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing this Site or $100, whichever is lesser. You agree to bring any and all actions within one year from the date of the accrual of the cause of action, and that actions brought after this date will be barred.
In the event that you have a dispute with AV8Prep.com, you release AV8Prep.com (and our officers, directors, agents, and employees) from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code section 1542 which says: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially altered his settlement with the debtor.”
AV8Prep.com’s FLT program renews each month at a successive monthly term at the anniversary date. If you would like to remove yourself from the renewal process, you must cancel inside My Profile 10 days prior to the renewal date at the first of the month.
Return and Cancellation Policy
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us! Should you experience any technical difficulties with any of our courses, a technical support team is devoted to ensure this issue is resolved in a quick and efficient manner. Due to the nature of compliance certification processes and measures, no refunds will be issued once a course is purchased. Should you request your credit card issuer to cancel or reverse payment, your account will be immediately suspended, certificate(s) revoked, and associated governing bodies notified of your revoked certificate(s), and you will furthermore become liable for any and all charges incurred by AV8Prep.com through the chargeback, for which you will be billed by referencing these terms and conditions.

System Requirements
Minimum system requirements are necessary to view all of the information on this Site. An Internet connection is required to access all online material. We require the latest release of FireFox, Chrome, Safari, or Internet Explorer 11 (and above) with Javascript and Cookies enabled. Internet Explorer versions 6 – 10 may cause severe irregularities in displaying the content of this site. A monitor resolution of 1024×780 is recommended. A Pentium IV or higher processor with 512MB RAM or greater is necessary for the multimedia applications. Adobe PDF Reader, and a platform able to view this content is necessary.

Your Responsibility
By utilizing the Site you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to protect and maintain the password and username that you establish with us. It is your responsibility to keep your password and username confidential at all times. You should not share your username or password with anyone. If you share your username or password with anyone, you assume the risk of any losses resulting from such disclosure. Changes to this Agreement
AV8Prep.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter, or otherwise change this Agreement at any time. We will provide notice of such change on the this Site. Please review the Terms of Use and/or Additional Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the AV8Prep.com Site constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these changes without limitation, qualification or change. If at any time you determine that you do not accept these changes, you must stop using this Site.
